Shale Oil Affects Crude Oil Price?

“Shale oil production incurs higher costs than traditional oil extraction in well-established sites, such as West Texas and the Arabian Peninsula.” (oil price com.)
In the past quarter, oil price have been affecting people’s life and career. The key issue is that, the price has hit the historical lowest point. Some are suffering from it, some are making profit from it, however, others are looking for a reason for this abnormal phenomenon.

Some with penetrating sight hold the opinion that the increasing production of shale oil is one of the important reasons. Nonetheless, many people are even not familiar with this word and object. Let’s be clear about the shale oil in the first place.
“Shale oil is an unconventional oil produced from oil shale rock fragments by pyrolysis, hydrogenation, orthermal dissolution. These processes convert the organic matter within the rock (kerogen) into synthetic oil and gas. The resulting oil can be used immediately as a fuel or upgraded to meet refinery feedstock specifications by adding hydrogen and removing impurities such as sulfur and nitrogen. The refined products can be used for the same purposes as those derived from crude oil.” (Wikipedia)

Shale oil mining is still under exploration and development, and the price of every barren is much higher than normal crude oil.
Meanwhile, as this industry is growing fast, the polluting objects from it is a big problem, for the waste the drilling machine produces is so poisonous that it kills any living creature it touches. Besides, that issue is definitely not ignored.
Once again, as time requires, Xinxiang Huayin Renewable Energy Equipment Co. Ltd published the Shale Oil Mud/Waste Management Plant through serious researches, experiments, and tests, which eventually reaches the national standard of environmental protection.
The more you know about Huayin group, the more you are eager to know.
