What Should We Know about Operating the Tyre Pyrolysis Plant?

　　Even tyre pyrolysis is a proven technology, but for smooth running, there are still some somethings that we should pay attention to during the process.

　　Before starting up the machine, you need to check if the parts are not working properly, such as pumps, power systems, motors, etc. While in the pyrolysis process, you need to pay more attention to the displayed temperature of the thermometer and the pressure value. Control the heating of the burner according to the different temperatures. Usually, you need to operate the heating process through the burner at least 4 times during the scrap tire pyrolysis process to completely crack the scrap tires for higher oil production. Controlling burner heating based on different temperatures for a thorough cracking of the used tyres to obtain a higher yield and quality of the oil. By observing the thermometer, you could observe whether the waste tyre in the reactor has been completely cracked or not. After the pyrolysis process, steel wire should be discharged after the reactor was cooling down.
