How much profit is there in the waste tyre pyrolysis project?...
（picture：How Much Profit is There in Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Project?）
Waste tyres can be recycled and processed by tyre pyrolysis plants so that you can get fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire and combustible gas. These products not only have wide applications, but the selling price will also be higher, the market prospect is broad, and can help you get high profits.
The following is an introduction to the use of the end products and the profits that can be obtained.
Fuel oil is the main product of waste tyre pyrolysis. 1 ton of waste tyres can produce about 0.4-0.45 tons of fuel oil. It can not only be used as industrial fuel, sold to boilers, cement plants, brick factories, glass factories, steel plants, and other large factories but also can continue to be processed and refined into non-standard diesel, which can be used for equipment that does not require high standard diesel fuel. The market price of fuel oil is relatively substantial.
Carbon black is the second largest product, 1 ton of waste tires can produce about 0.3-0.35 tons of fuel with high industrial value. Carbon black is mainly used in two aspects. First, it is burned as fuel pellets. The calorific value of carbon black can reach 7000 calories/kg, so it can be pressed into balls or briquettes instead of coal for industrial heating. Second, the carbon black is refined and ground into other rubber products, such as rubber soles and pigment. The finer the carbon black ground powder, the more uses and higher price will be.
The content of scrap tire steel wire is about 10%-15%, which can be extracted in advance before the pyrolysis process, or discharged in one piece after the end of pyrolysis, which will not affect the content of steel wire. The steel wire can be sold to scrap recycling stations, or sent to steel mills for re-melting, which has a high utilization value.
