All the parts are pre-assembled in frame structure while delivered. No extra cost to pay for installation! No extra time to wait for installation! It can start running with water and electricity supplied and few pipelines connected. The installation is never easier.
Model F4000 is formed by two modules. The overall dimension of each module is built exactly according to the maximum size of 40 feet high cube container. Therefor only two 40 feet high cube containers are loaded for shipment. The transportation and shipment is never easier.
With its compacting structure, Model F4000 covers small foot space of 50.6 square meters (2.2m by 23m). It can easily fit in your existing working space.
The modular design and pre-assembled design makes it super easy to operate Model F4000 pyrolysis plant. With water and electricity supplying well managed, to control the working temperature is the main work. Two trained workers can easily operate the machine.
The high efficient emission control system of stainless steel deduster offers good purification of flue gas. The emission is clean and the production is pollution-free.
FUEL OIL
The production rate of fuel oil is 40% in average. It's also known as tyre oil, pyrolysis oil, heating oil or furnace oil.The application is as heating fuel for industries such as power plant, cement plant, steel plant, metallurgical plant, glass plant etc.
CARBON BLACK
It produces approximately 35% of carbon black from used tyres. Carbon black is raw material for rubber&plastic industry or used as heating fuel.
STEEL WIRE
It's easy to sell to scrap metal dealers.
COMBUSTIBLE GAS
Combustible gas is routed to the heating system as a fuel supply. It saves the consumption of fuel oil.
