Huayin 15-Ton Waste Tire Pyrolysis Plant Successfully Shipped to Ghana

Huayin Group has recently completed the shipment of a 15-ton waste tire pyrolysis plant ordered by a customer from Ghana. The equipment was manufactured at Huayin’s factory and has now been officially dispatched, marking another successful cooperation between Huayin and the African market. The pyrolysis plant ordered by the Ghanaian customer adopts the front discharge design, which needs less equipment maintenance and is easier to operate.

The Ghanaian customer selected Huayin mainly because Huayin already has multiple pyrolysis projects operating successfully in Ghana. These existing plants have demonstrated stable performance, reliable oil yield, and long-term operational safety, giving the customer strong confidence in both the technology and the supplier.

After receiving the equipment inquiry from the Ghanaian customer, Huayin invited the customer to have a visit to our manufacturing factory. During the visiting process, our sales manager introduced the pyrolysis equipment with a sincere attitude and transparent data, focusing on real operating parameters instead of exaggerated claims. From processing capacity and oil yield to energy consumption and maintenance requirements, all information was presented truthfully and clearly.

After the contract was confirmed, Huayin quickly organized production, carried out strict quality inspection, and completed packing and shipment on schedule. The equipment was carefully prepared for overseas transportation to ensure safe delivery and smooth installation at the project site.
