What should I do If the Pyrolysis Process is Interrupted?

　　If the interruption occurs within 2 hours, restart the pyrolysis plant.

　　If it exceeds 2 hours, it can be started and operated normally before the oil is produced; but if the oil has already been produced, do not rotate the reactor first when restarting the machine, and heat it for 15 minutes before turning it. Then rotate it about 90° (note: it must not exceed 180°). Then turn off the reducer and stop rotating. After turning off the reducer, the reactor will automatically fall back to its original position; then heat it for 15 minutes, and repeat the above operation 3 to 4 times. Then shorten the heating time, and repeat the above operation until the reactor no longer automatically falls back to its original position after turning off the reducer.

　　The cause of the interruption needs to be investigated and repaired. For example, check the power system, evaluate the equipment failure, and take appropriate repair or replacement measures. Ensure that on-site operators are familiar with the emergency plan, and conduct regular training and drills to ensure that they can respond quickly and effectively when emergencies occur, minimizing risks and losses.
