Plastic Pyrolysis Projects in Pakistan

　　This is the pyrolysis and distillation site of a Pakistan customer.

　　The customer owns a renewable energy company that processes waste plastics and some urban garbage plastics. Mainly PP and PE. At the end of 2023, the customer visited Huayin factory and placed an order for a 15-ton pyrolysis machine and a 10-ton distillation machine. After all the production, quality inspection, and transportation, our technicians went to Pakistan to install the machine in September.

　　When the experienced engineer Mr.Guo arrived in Pakistan, it was a hot summer. Even under high temperatures, they still completed the installation of pyrolysis and distillation equipment in an orderly manner. Then was the commissioning of the equipment. Although many difficult problems were encountered, the technicians and customers developed strategies to ensure the safe and stable operation of the plant. When the customer saw the clear color of the plastic oil, he was stunned. This is also a recognition of Huayin technicians and our plants.

　　The installation and commissioning experience is not only a technical practice but also a successful case of Huayin and customers solving waste pollution together.
