How does pyrolysis plant recycle plastic waste into fuel?

Pyrolysis plant recycles plastic waste into fuel by breaking down plastic molecules into small molecules in an non-oxygen environment with high temperature. The following is a brief display of how does pyrolysis plant recycle plastic waste into fuel:

Feeding: generally we can use the automatic hydraulic feeder to load waste plastics to pyrolysis reactor, which can save much time and larbor cost and make full use of pyrolysis reactor space;

Pyrolysis: after loading, heat the pyrolysis reactor to a certain temperature to pyrolyze the waste plastics to generate oil gas;

Cooling: once the oil gas is generated, they will go through the condensation system to get liquid fuel oil, which will be stored in the oil tank, and the uncondensable gas will be transported to heat the pyrolysis reactor;

Discharging: in addition to oil gas, the waste plastics also be pyrolyzed to other product: carbon black, which will be discharged in a sealed condition to avoid pollution.

Also, the exhaust gas generated during the pyrolysis process will be purified with the exhaust gas purification system to meet the emission standards.

After going through the above pyrolysis process, we can recycle plastic waste into fuel with the pyrolysis plant. But one thing we need to note that not all waste plastics can be recycled into fuel with pyrolysis plant. Commonly, the paper mill watse, pure PP/PE/PS/ABS plastics, plastic bags, plastic cables all can be recycled into fuel with high oil yield, but the PVC and PET are not suitable for pyrolysis for their low oil yield and strong corrosion for equipment.
