Technical Specifications

1. Feeding System

The feeding system is responsible for loading raw plastic materials into the reactor. Depending on the model type, Huayin offers:

2. Reactor (Pyrolysis Chamber)

Made of high-strength Q245R/Q345R boiler plate steel or optional stainless steel, the reactor is where thermal decomposition of plastic takes place. It is designed for high temperature resistance, uniform heating, and long service life.

3. Condensation System

Equipped with high-efficiency water tank condensers, the condensation system transforms hot pyrolysis oil gas into liquid oil.

4. Exhaust Gas Recycling System

Non-condensable gases are purified and sent back to the burner as fuel, greatly reducing external energy demand and improving economic efficiency.

5. Carbon Black Discharge System

After the pyrolysis process is completed, solid residue (mainly carbon black) is collected. Options include manual discharge or automated spiral discharge systems, depending on equipment type. Here Huayin provde three types of discharging methods: front/side/rear discharge.
