Collected ABS waste is fed into a pyrolysis reactor via a feeder and heated at high temperatures in the absence of oxygen. The ABS plastic decomposes under the heat, producing an oil-gas mixture. After cooling, the oil-gas mixture becomes pyrolysis oil. The gas can be recovered as fuel, while the remaining carbon black is also reusable. This entire process transforms waste plastic into a valuable resource and reduces environmental pollution.

Waste plastic pyrolysis machine can yield approximately 40% pyrolysis oil from pure ABS waste plastic. That means 100 kg of pure ABS plastic waste can yield approximately 40 kg of oil.
