1. Process Steps

(1) Pre-treatment: The oil sludge is first dewatered and dried to remove excess moisture, which improves whole operation efficiency, increases oil yield, saves energy, and ensures safer, more stable operation.

(2) Pyrolysis Reaction: The dried sludge is continuously fed into the reactor and heated to a certain temperature, then waste oil sludge will be decomposed into small molecules.

(3) Gas and Oil Separation:

Volatile compounds are released and cooled into liquid fuel oil after going through the cooling system, while the non-condensable gases are recycled to heat the reactor after purifying to save subsequent operation energy.

(4) Solid Residue Discharge: The remained solid residue can be reused for construction or safely disposed.
