Ghanaian Customer Ordered 15TPD Waste Tire Pyrolysis Machine From Huayin

Here Huayin is pleased to announce the successful signing of a new contract with a customer from Ghana for a 15-ton-per-day waste tire pyrolysis machine.

The Ghanaian customer firstly sent the equipment inquiry to Huayin from our official website email about three months ago. In that email, this Ghanaian client described in detail his basic requirements for the equipment and some information he hoped we could provide. For example, the final obtained products, their applications, equipment configurations display, detailed projects experience sharing, and other services we can provided, etc.

After contacting this client, we developed a detailed project scheme based on his actual needs, including equipment type, configuration options, and details such as subsequent equipment transportation and installation. During the consultation process, Huayin sales manager consistently treats the Ghanaian client with the utmost rigor, providing them with the most authentic data and project case studies to give them a clearer understanding of the equipment and other project information. This is also a key reason why our Ghanaian client chose us as their ultimate partner.

During the initial discussions, Huayin sales manager primarily shared relevant equipment information with the client via video conference. Later, to give the customer a more realistic understanding of the equipment's details and operational performance, we invited this customer to visit our factory and our customer project running site. After visiting the project site, the Ghanaian customer was greatly satisfied with the performance of our equipment and signed the contract with us.

After signing the contract, our sales manager immediately sent the production order to our factory, and about thirty days later, this set pyrolysis machine can finish its production and be shipped to Ghana after serious inspection and packaging. And during the subsequent cooperation, Huayin also can provide technical guidance and training services for the customers to help the customer set up the project as soon as possible.
