1. Feeding System

2. Heating System

3. Pyrolysis Reactor

The pyrolysis reactor is the core equipment of the entire production line. Waste tire plastic are heated in the reactor and converted into usable oil vapor at high temperatures. 4. Condensation System

Oil vapor is heated and then enters the condensation equipment, where it is cooled into liquid pyrolysis oil. The cooling effect directly affects the oil recovery rate. Huayin tire plastic pyrolysis production line employes the skid-mounted square box condenser, which can fully cool down oil gas and generate no pollution.

5. Discharging System

In addition to fuel oil, other byproducts such as carbon black and steel wire will be discharged through the discharging system. Here Huayin provides three types of discharging systems: front discharge, side discharge and rear discharge. You can select the suitable one based on your processed waste.

6. Environmental Protection System

The tire plastic pyrolysis process generates some non-condensable gases and flue gas, which need appropriate treatment. Huayin pyrolysis production line has the full set of exhaust gas purification system, after purifying, the final gas can meet the emission standards in various countries.
