Customer background:
This client is from Russia, and his business scope is collecting and disposing electronic component waste. He doesn’t know whether the electronic component waste could be recycled to fuel oil by pyrosis method, so he sent to us 5 kg sample for testing. After testing this type of raw material he found it is easier to get the precious metals from the slag, which is more expensive than the fuel oil, so he decide to recycle the electronic component waste by our pyrolysis machine.

Here is the layout of 1 ton pyrolysis machine, this client chose reactor with foundation, integrated condenser and 5.5m de-dust system with ceramic packing, cause the machined will be installed near by residential area, so the de-dust system should be more effective.

fuel oil 20%, slag 70%, pyrolysis gas 10%
This client likes slag better than fuel oil, he separates precious metals from the slag with separator. And he melt the metals to make new product.
The fuel oil was sold to boiler factory.
As for pyrolysis gas, it was be used for heating the reactor.
Customer Purchase Time:
This client sent inquiry to us in February 2019, and visited our factory in July 2019, purchased this pyrolysis machine in August 2019. In October, machine had been delivered to Russia by sea. As planned, our engineer will arrived Russia to install the machine at the end of January 2020, while due to the epidemic our engineer could not be sent to Russia for installation. You see, Russians are very talented in equipment and this Russian client installed the pyrolysis machine by themselves with 30 days.

Plant size and staffing:
The 1 ton pyrolysis machine occupied about 200 sq.m, and during the operation it only need 2 workers, one for feeding raw materials to the reactor and discharging slag, another one for overall monitoring.
