  For the batch type of used tyres pyrolysis machine, the main way is tyre pyrolysis firstly and removing the steel wire finally. This will ensure the whole tyre is fed into the reactor in most cases. After high-temperature pyrolyzes to produce oil and gas, steel wire, and carbon black, and when the furnace temperature is down, the wire can be pulled out of the pyrolysis reactor by a wire drawing machine. The whole tire feeding can improve the effective utilization rate of the furnace space and loading capacity. And after about 10 hours of rotation during the pyrolysis process, the steel wire of the tyres is entangled together, so it can be dragged out in one piece, it is time and effort saving.

  For the continuous tyre pyrolysis plant, the tyres need to be pre-treated first. Before entering the continuous furnace, we need a wire drawing machine to extract the steel wires firstly; then the tyres without steel wires are put into a crusher to break them into 3-5cm blocks; then the blocks are put into a grinding machine to grind them into rubber powder; finally the pre-treated rubber powder is put into the continuous pyrolysis furnace winch to produce oil, carbon black and combustible gas after high-temperature pyrolysis process. The pretreated rubber powder will be pyrolyzed more fully during the high-temperature pyrolysis process, and the oil yield and carbon black output rate will be improved.
