Pyrolysis of waste plastics into oil is a process of turning waste into treasure, so what is the working process of pyrolysis of waste plastics?

The process of pyrolysis of waste plastics includes feeding, pyrolysis, cooling, discharging and purification. Extract high value-added products such as pyrolysis oil, carbon black and combustible gas from waste plastics to truly realize the recycling of waste plastics. Let's take processing 10 tons of waste plastic as an example.

Step 1: Feeding

Waste plastics enter the pyrolysis reactor through an automatic feeder. After the feeding is completed, the feeding port is closed and heated to allow the waste plastics to undergo high-temperature pyrolysis under closed oxygen-free conditions. The feeding process requires 2-3 workers and takes 2 hours to feed.

Huayin feeding system uses a hydraulic feeder, which reduces the number of workers required and the feeding time by half, reducing both manpower costs and improving operating efficiency.

Step 2: Pyrolysis

Waste plastics are heated by rotation in the pyrolysis reactor, and are constantly and evenly heated and burned, and pyrolysis reactions occur to produce oil and gas; the peak of oil production (12-14 hours). Huayin pyrolysis reactor boiler uses Q245R high-quality material, which has a longer service life. Due to different raw materials, the oil yield of each plastic at this stage is also different.

Step 3: Cooling

The oil and gas pass through the cooling system and are cooled into liquid fuel oil; a part of the oil and gas that cannot be further cooled into liquid fuel oil at normal temperature and pressure (referred to as "synthesis gas") will be recycled and used for heating in the furnace, saving fuel consumption while protecting the environment.

Step 4: discharging

After the reactor is cooled, carbon black is discharged (1-2 hours). A fully sealed carbon black discharge system is used to discharge carbon black.

Step 5: Purification

For the exhaust gas generated during the pyrolysis of waste plastics, they need to enter the flue gas purification system. Huayin purification system uses a stainless steel ceramic dust collector with strong dust adsorption capacity and good dust removal effect. After purification, the exhaust gas can meet the emission standards, ensuring that the entire waste plastic high-temperature cracking process is carried out in an environmentally friendly environment.
