Similarity
Both batch and continuous pyrolysis plants use the same core principle—thermol decomposition of organic materials in an oxygen-free environment. They can process similar raw materials(waste tires, rubber, plastic, oil sludge, etc.) and produce the same end products: pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and non-condensable gas. Differences

A continuous pyrolysis plant, generally has the daily processing capacity between 30 to 50 tons, which can reach continuous operation for over 30 days. It ensures higher efficiency, stable oil output, and lower labor costs. However, it requires a larger investment and is more suitable for large-scale industrial projects.
