What is waste tire recycling?...
(picture:What is Waste Tyre Recycling?)
Waste tires that are illegally dumped or improperly stored can cause serious threat to public health and safety, as well as to the environment. We Huayin group provide a good solution of recycling waste tires to fuel oil and diesel fuel, also named as pyrolysis, this can solve the tire disposing problem properly, also can produce useful oil to support industry.
After used tires pyrolysis process, you can get fuel oil, carbon black and steel wire.
A. Fuel oil is used as heating material, substitute to the furnace oil. These factories, like textiles, paints, cement, steel, glass factory, etc where need to heat the furnace. It also can put into electric generators (mixed with 50% diesel) and diesel pumps (mixed with 50% diesel).
B. Carbon black is used as raw material or main ingredient in many industries and the chemical structure of carbon black strengthener, lengthens the endurance, and improves the coloring features of the materials.
Carbon black produces by pyrolysis process is more economical compared to carbon black produced primarily from petroleum and more price-efficient to be used as an ingredient in the industries listed.
Electric cable jacketing
Conveyor band
Carrier bands
Hose and doormat
Black nylon bag,plastic pipes
Rubber additive
Automotive spare parts
Black colorant in rubber materials
Industrial rubber products
Fire fighting
C. All of the steel in the tire can be detached after the pyrolysis process is completed. Valuable steel wires are pressed and sold to steel and scrap dealers.
Huayin pyrolysis machine with European emission standard de-dusting system, it can efficiently treat the emission smoke which is produced from burning fuel, and reach to European emission standard. After cooling, the cooling water will be flowed back to water pool, and can be used for next time, so there is no waste water produced in the operation. This is an environmentally friendly project, it will not cause second-pollution.
