(picture:How to convert waste tires into pyrolysis oil?)
Workers put waste tires into the pyrolysis reactor, and after several hours of high-temperature heating, they can get tire pyrolysis oil that can be used in the factory boiler. Maybe you don't believe it, but it is indeed possible.
The waste tire pyrolysis plant manufactured by Huayin Group can convert waste tires into pyrolysis oil, as well as by-products such as carbon black and steel wire. Let's take a closer look at how to convert waste tires into pyrolysis oil.
Step 1: Feeding a large amount of collected waste tires into the pyrolysis reactor. If you think that the manual loading efficiency of workers is slow, you can consider equipping it with a hydraulic feeder. Huayin hydraulic feeder can not only greatly shorten the feeding time, but also ensure the safety of workers' operation;
Step 2: Heating them to the temperature required for the pyrolysis of waste tires at the pyrolysis reactor. The waste tires begin to gradually crack into fuel oil and syngas, and this process lasts for 2-4 hours;
Step 3: The fuel oil and syngas produced by pyrolysis are treated by the cooling system (8-16h, *dependings on the total volume) to obtain liquid tire pyrolysis oil. Some of the oil and gas (synthesis gas) that cannot be further cooled into liquid fuel oil at normal temperature and pressure will be returned to the combustion furnace for heating the reactor to save fuel;
Step 4: Use a fully sealed carbon black discharging system to discharge. The discharged carbon black is directly collected and bagged after cooling. Then pull out the remaining steel wire in the reactor.
Simply put, the process of turning waste tires into pyrolysis oil includes feeding, pyrolysis, cooling, discharging, etc. For the dust and harmful gases produced during the pyrolysis process, Huayin Waste tire pyrolysis device is equipped with a stainless steel dust collector, and the gas is discharged up to standard.
