Model F750 belongs to Model F series product line, which is a small scale model of pyrolysis plant. It can process 750kg of used plastic per batch and takes 8 hours in total.
The sharp increase in plastic consumption has resulted in a large amount of waste plastic. Waste plastic not only affects the aesthetics of the city but also brings "visual pollution". After entering the natural environment, it is even more difficult to degrade, causing long-term and profound impacts on the ecological environment. The common disposal methods of waste plastics are landfill and incineration, which not only wastes resources but also pollutes the environment. However, waste plastics still contain huge renewable resources. Therefore, the recycling of waste plastics is an important measure to solve ecological environmental pollution. Pyrolysis technology is an effective way to achieve harmless, reduced and resourceful treatment of organic waste. Pyrolysis projects can process waste plastics to obtain plastic oil, carbon black and combustible but non-condensable gas. The waste plastic recycling and environmental protection oil refining device makes the waste plastic realize its own value, and there is no unpleasant gas and black smoke in the refining process. The whole refining process of the waste plastic recycling environmental protection oil refining device is environmentally friendly and has no secondary pollution.
Plastic Pyrolysis involves subjecting plastic to high temperature of 400 to 450 degrees Celsius, in absence of oxygen. In case of oxygen is present plastic will start burning. During pyrolysis plastic breaks down into smaller molecules of pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis gas, steel wire and carbon black.

INSTALLATION FREE
Model F750 adopts all-in-one design. All the parts are pre-assembled within a frame structure. When you receive it, just put it at position and connect water and electricity supplies, then it can start working. No need to worry about installation anymore.
ALL-IN-ONE STRUCTURE
The main parts are pyrolysis reactor, heating system, de-duster, condenser pipe, square box condenser, oil tanks, oil-gas separator, oil-gas purification device, and syngas collector. All parts are in one frame structure. The all-in-one structure makes installation, transportation, operation and maintenance so easy.
CONTAINER DESIGN
The overall dimension of Model F750 is L11.75 x W2.2 x H2.55 (m), which can just fit in 40HC container. It makes transportation and shipment much easier.
PERFECT START-UP
Model F750 is not only for daily production, it’s perfect for working as a demonstration plant to authorities and investors. You can do all the tests with Model M750 before moving to large scale of production.
Fuel Oil
1. Used as the heating material and sell it to cement factory, glass factory, ceramic factory, electric power factory, steel making factory, boiler factory, etc.
2. Used in heavy oil generator for electricity generation.
3. Deep process it into diesel oil with our distillation plant, color and smell removal system, the final oil can be used in trucks, tractors, etc.
Carbon Black
1. Make it to pellet or briquette as heating material.
2. Make carbon to color master batch and sell it to the plastic industry.
Combustible gas
1. Recycled into the furnace to heat reactor instead of coal/wood/oil/natural gas.
2. Storage the excess gas to restart the next batch.
