Customer background:
This Egyptian oil sludge client has a big used engine oil to base oil factory. He uses filter cake (activated clay) to make new base oil.
After processing, the filter cake (activated clay) still contains 15%-20% fuel oil. It’s a huge waste if it’s just thrown away. So this client would like to recycle oil out of such filter cake. And later he found HUAYIN.
Source of raw materials:
The raw material is activated clay after absorbing used engine oil.
Density: 1.3.
Amount: 40T per day.
Customer procurement timeline:
The client first contacted us in July 2017.
In October 2017, he came to China to visit Huayin and another factory. But he preferred HUAYIN.
In January 2018, he placed the order for two sets of 20T/batch oil sludge pyrolysis plants.
In May 2018, Huayin delivered the two sets of 20T/batch oil sludge pyrolysis plants.
In November 2018, after the client applies working permit for engineer, the engineer flied to Egypt to provide technical guidance regarding plant installation, test running and worker training.

Output:
Fuel oil (39.69%): Being separated into different new oils.
Syngas (5%-10%): Being recycled to furnace for heating, saving your fuel.
Slag (50%-55%): Making baking-free bricks or being used in road construction.
