Customer background:
Sri Lankan client does surveying business in Qatar, such as topographic surveying, underground cable detection etc. The pyrolysis machine is installed in the eastern part of Sri Lanka and mainly deals with tires.
Raw materials:
The main raw material is waste tyre that collect from local market.
Output:
1.Fuel oil: sell to the oil collector.
2.Carbon black: convert to briquette,also sell to cement factory.
3.Steel wire: sell to collector directly.
Customer Purchase Time:
This client sent the first inquiry on October 19, 2015. During the email communication, he was applying for an environmental permit. Huayin sales manager Kevin provided him with a lot of help, and finally helped him get the permit. Sri Lanka is a restricted country so it’s not easy to get Chinese visa. When Kevin went to Bangladesh to visit our customers in July 2016, this client and his brother went there too. After Kevin showed them the machine already installed in Bangladesh, they were satisfied. At that time, they finalized the price and payment method.
The machine of this client was delivered in November 2016, and Huayin technician went to install it at the end of February 2017. The installation was completed in April 2017 and then started operation. Until now, the customer has been running the machine for four years without interruption.
Sometimes he purchases some wearing parts, such as packing and gaskets.
Factory and Operation:
Simple roof to cover the reactor part,other parts are in open area.
Huayin technician Mr. Guo had trained the customer's workers, and they could solve some minor faults very well.
Since the installation was completed in 2017, the customer has been running the machine and has already recovered the cost.
