Process 10 ton tyre per day, getting the follow output:
Fuel oil: 4.6 ton
Carbon black: 3.4 ton
Steel wire: 1.5 ton.
Fuel oil, used in his own garment factory for burning, about 100 ton per month.
Carbon black, convert to briquette for heating.
Steel wire: sell directly.
Customer Purchase Time:
This customer's first inquiry was in February 2015 and during the communication he has good impression in Huayin and finalized online directly without visiting Huayin factory. He visited our factory while loading in April 2015. Our engineer began to guide the installation in June 2015 and the machine started running in July 2015.
Plant size and staffing：
Machines are installed in open area, concrete ground and have about 12-15 workers by shift.

The investment is the machine and installation and the payment time is about 6 months.
