Customer background:
This is the first tire recycle to fuel pyrolysis plant in Lithuania. The environmental requirement is very strict and should meet EU standard.
Raw materials:
200-300 ton tires per month. The tire is free and also can get about 20-40 euro subsidy.
Output:
Fuel oil, about 80-100 ton per month. It will be sold for further refinery.
Customer Purchase Time:
This customer contacted us in 2013 for the first time, he made sufficient study about pyrolysis machine, and he contacted at least 10 suppliers in China.
Finally he selected us and only visited my factory in April 2017 and signed contact during his visiting.
He installed the machine himself with our support, such as providing detailed installation drawing and technical support.
Plant size and staffing:
Machine was installed in a workshop, concrete ground and had about 2 workers by shift. One of the workers is very skilled on machinery.
Investment and profit:
About 7 months get the money back.
