Customer Background:
This customer is in tire business. He has his own trucks and tractors, and also imported new tires. He is a mechanical engineer, and good at machinery.
Raw Materials:
Waste tires: 500-600 ton per month and the quantity can be increased according to the demand.
Output:
Fuel oil: about 100-120 ton per month, it will be sold to different refinery factory, and other sell to cement and metal factory.
Customer Purchase Time:
Our first contact was in September 2014, and he visited my factory in December 2014. Huayin was the only factory that he visited, after he returned and we signed contract. Pyrolysis machines were delivered on February 2015, and he installed by himself and began to operate in September 2015.
Factory and Operation:
Machines are installed in open area, concrete ground and have about 6 workers by shift. About 7-8 months get the money back.
