Project Configuration: 1 set 10 ton waste tire pyrolysis plant (2800*6600)
Company Background: This customer owns the energy company and selling the oil and gas.
Purchasing: We met each other at the Canton Fair in 2017. They were interested in pyrolysis business so much. After visiting our Zambia client’s plant they decided to buy this machine from Huayin. They said seeing is believing. Then we signed the contract and started to produce their machine. After that our technical engineer came to Tanzania for the installation. As the client didn’t build the workshop, and it often rains there, which cost longer than we expected. But at last the machine was working successfully.
Raw Material: waste tire mainly are car tires and truck tires.
Output: tire fuel oil is 45%, steel wire is 15%, carbon black is 30%. Tire fuel oil was sold to the local boiler factory, the price is 550 USD per ton.
Investment Return: Client take back the investment within 8 months. They plan to expand another production line in 2021.
