This client ran a plastic pre-treatment factory. So he did plastic collecting, washing and grinding and then sold plastics to plastics making factories. The whole process consumed a lot of money, time and labor but ended up earning very little money. That's why he was eager to find a profitable way to deal with plastics. And he found plastic to oil pyrolysis plant and found Huayin.
Configuration:
One set of 10T/batch plastic pyrolysis plant. European standard de-dusting system.
Raw Material:
Plastics from junkshop suppliers and companies and plastic leftovers from plastic making factories.
Output:
Plastic fuel oil(60%): Being used in refinery.
Syngas(5%-10%): Being recycled to furnace for heating, saving your fuel.
Slag(30%-35%): Being used in road construction.
Purchasement Time:
He contacted Huayin in September 2016 and was interested in plastic to oil recycling plant. Then he visited Huayin on month later to discuss more about this project. He bought the machine in December 2016. But at that time he hadn't got license yet, so after he got license in 2018, he asked Huayin to ship the machine and send engineer to install the machine.
