According to the research, pyrolysis oil refining is one of the more commonly used methods to deal with waste plastics. The pyrolysis can not only recycle waste plastics but also alleviate the environmental pollution caused by improper disposal of waste plastics. The waste plastics can be cracked into fuel oil, carbon black, combustible gas and other products through the waste plastic pyrolysis technology, and the process is pollution-free.

EXPERIMENT
More than the presentation, Model M is fully operational. And it’s super easy to assemble. All you need to do is connect water, electricity and fuel supplies. It can be used to test the oil production rate of different raw materials and do other experiments.
1. Reactor: Adopt automatic welding machine, X rays detection and heating treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly improve working efficiency.
2. Waste Gas Treatment: The extra gas will be recycled to the furnace for second burning thus saving your heating fuel, and protecting the environment.
3. The mini type pyrolysis plant is mainly used for doing tests or demonstrating.
4. Security: Anti-blocking device and have pressure gauges, alarms and safety valves to ensure the safety
5. The whole set just needs a very small landing area, that can be installed in the office.

FUEL OIL
The production rate of fuel oil is 40% on average. It's also known as tyre oil, pyrolysis oil, heating oil or furnace oil. The application is as heating fuel for industries such as power plant, cement plant, steel plant, metallurgical plant, glass factory, etc.
CARBON BLACK
It produces approximately 35% of carbon black from used tyres. Carbon black is the raw material for the rubber&plastic industry or used as heating fuel.
COMBUSTIBLE GAS
Combustible gas is routed to the heating system as a fuel supply. It saves the consumption of fuel oil.
