　　Albania has a lot of oil sludge from ground crude oil. This would pollute nearby land. So government pays to companies qualified for processing oil sludge from such ground crude oil.

　　The client has 20 years’ experience in oil gas field and won the bid.

　　Source of raw materials:

　　Oil sludge (from ground crude oil). Density: 1.6.

　　The client gets oil sludge for free. Besides, he can get government subsidy for processing oil sludge.

　　Output:

　　Fuel oil: 20%. Being sold to refinery.

　　Customer procurement timeline:

　　The client is very keen in this project.

　　He first contacted us in March 2017.

　　Then after nice online discussion, he decided to visit HUAYIN in May 2017 and check factory strength himself. He had a detailed meeting with Huayin’s boss and engineers and was convinced of Huayin ability.
